📍 WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Enjoy Cookies is located in Aubrey, TX, with pickup locations in Aubrey and McKinney.
We do not have a physical store yet. You can place your order online for shipping or pickup at one of our available spots.

🚚 WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PICK-UP DAYS AND TIMES?

We ship within the continental United States only (we currently do not ship to Puerto Rico).

Shipping day: Monday of each week
Pickup day: Friday
Pickup times: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pickup locations: Aubrey, TX & McKinney, TX

By placing an order, you understand that all weekly menu orders (Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and shipped on Monday (3–4 business days).

Pickup and shipping days may vary if we attend events, pop-ups, or markets.

🚗 DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

At this time, we do not offer delivery service.

⏰ WHAT IF I CAN’T PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE SCHEDULED TIME?

Please email us at enjoycookiess@outlook.com, and we’ll gladly arrange a new day or time that works best for both sides.

🍪 WHY ARE SOME FLAVORS AVAILABLE AND OTHERS NOT?

All our cookies are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and taste.
Our menu changes weekly depending on availability — you’ll always find new flavors and seasonal favorites.
The menu updates every Monday after 12 PM.

🔢 WHY CAN’T I ORDER JUST ONE COOKIE?

Our minimum order is 4 cookies per flavor.
Since each batch is made with care and premium ingredients, this helps us keep production efficient and guarantees every order is baked fresh.

🔥 HOW TO STORE AND ENJOY YOUR COOKIES

Our cookies stay fresh for up to 1 week in their sealed packaging.
To enjoy them warm and soft again, heat them outside the package:

• Microwave: 10 seconds

• Oven (recommended): Preheat to 350°F (180°C) for 5–8 minutes

For longer storage, freeze them (sealed and in an airtight container) for up to 2 months.
To reheat from frozen: preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the center is soft.

We take care to minimize cross-contamination, but all our products are made in the same kitchen.
Please note that Enjoy Cookies is not an allergen-free environment.
Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy.

We use only high-quality, fresh ingredients — never preservatives.
Our cookies may contain: butter, brown sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, chocolate, nuts, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
